Service Description
Tap into your pole alter-ego and begin to learn the dance and choreography side of pole. Whether you want to learn how to move in heels for the first time or just start to flow more around the pole, this class will focus on beginner elements such as walks, body waves, pirouettes, floor work, heel clacks, spins to the ground and some beginner friendly edge-work. Learn how to weave moves together with beginner friendly choreography and exercises. Emphasis on gaining confidence in dance basics and heels, while exploring different elements of pole dance, from soft and sultry foor work, to club style dance, twerk and low flow. No experience required; heels optional but encouraged! Please bring socks and kneepads (if you don't have your own, there some kneepads available at the studio for free use).
