Service Description
Lifted Pole Fitness is thrilled to welcome first-time students to our introductory pole class! It's perfect for beginners eager to build strength, flexibility, and confidence while having a blast. Learn fundamentals such as, walks, climbs, pole sits and spins in a super supportive and empowering environment. With progressive beginner moves such as jasmine and figurehead from the ground. Each week changes to include floor work, a short choreo, or a 'choose your own adventure style' guided free dance. Join us and discover the pure joy of pole fitness! What to wear? We recommend short shorts, a bikini bottom, pole bottoms, or anything that allows for high thigh exposure. No yoga pants or long sleeves please. Heels not required, but welcome!
