Service Description

Milky - 6 week series You’ve got your tricks and transitions!  Are you ready to add in more body?  MILKY is a fun and safe DROP-IN, all level, 6 week movement based, Pole Dance series. We dive into body mechanics and techniques, while also building confidence and flow on and off the pole.  Within each weeks primary focus, we’ll also divulge to exaggerating and dragging limbs, dynamic tricks and transitions, isolations and more!   Week 1 - 5/5: Liquid Motion In this entire series we will be utilizing the Liquid Motion technique. This class dives into posture, movement foundations both on and off the pole, transitions and intro to isolations. With maybe a few bends and snaps, the beginning of the series brings out sass, class and a little ass. Week 2 - 5/12: Nite Walks Its never just a walk around the pole. It's the time for you to absorb your moment, draw in eyes and have your audience guessing what's next. Between pathways, high to low transitions and heels techniques; we create unique ways around the pole. Week 3 - 5/19: Body Rolls & Waves This is where we really get to drink milk!  This class is all about using our spine and isolating our upper body from our lower! Rolling through waves from head to toe, on and off the floor, hair whips, hip dips, knee flicks, we out here.  You’ll be moving really snake-like by the time you leave! This class transitions into week 4. *but again this is a drop-in series so come on through if you can!* Week 4 - 5/26: Hip Isolations  In this class following week 3, we will focus on leading movements with our hips, exchanging weight from one side to another and giving some to the pole.  We’ll be taking specific movements from week 3 and breaking them down even further for smoother transitions and eye drawing techniques. Week 5 - 6/2: Spinnin’ Sessions Time to get dizzy! Just kidding. This week we are catching air! Learning to control our posture and speed on both spin and static poles. We’ll be working through a variety of climbs, holds and pole sits. Although there is a class syllabus this class has lots of time for freestyle! *this is an all levels series, please do not attempt new moves without my watch*. Week 6 - 6/9: Airwalks & Dismounts Finishing this series off with frothy, milky movements! Gliding down the pole with ease and grace! I will be guiding you through a variety of air walks and dismounts. Starting from standing and working up to aerially. Advanced students have an opportunity to invert.
